Four Seasons Baltimore

Under staffed at Four Seasons???

The room was not ready when we arrived at 2;00 and was told 3:00 would be fine. Went to the restaurant in the lobby and service was nice (attitude) but under staffed. Had to remind waiter of our order which he forgot to put in. I checked back at front desk at 3:15 and was told that… yes the room was cleaned but needed supervisor approval. Hour later - still nothing. We have plans, need our room, a shower and get dressed- ruining our trip - chaos.

Wonderful stay!!

Wonderful experience at the Four Seasons Baltimore. Every detail is taken care of and every single staff member makes sure your stay is unforgettable. Room is serviced twice a day, pool service is very organized, food at Maximon was delicious. Spa ammenities make for a nice little escape. Excellent stay!

Could be great, but disappointingly dated with service issues

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Baltimore for one night while in the city for business, and I was disappointed by this hotel. While the Four Seasons has a great location in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood right on the waterfront, and offers some nice facilities, I found myself repeatedly frustrated. The tired décor is not in line with most Four Seasons properties and, coupled with several poor service experiences, made for a particularly disappointing stay.
