Pros: The good thing about the Four Seasons is that you know what to expect. Good sized rooms, good service, generally good restaurants, good gym and good spa. Good location can walk to many places. Cons: The whole sauna area in the spa is a bit dated, the sauna was lukewarm and there was no 'cold' shower (you are meant to do a very hot sauna followed by a cold shower). Ive asked if the shower could be changed and they said no, fixed temperature.

Under staffed at Four Seasons???
The room was not ready when we arrived at 2;00 and was told 3:00 would be fine. Went to the restaurant in the lobby and service was nice (attitude) but under staffed. Had to remind waiter of our order which he forgot to put in. I checked back at front desk at 3:15 and was told that… yes the room was cleaned but needed supervisor approval. Hour later - still nothing. We have plans, need our room, a shower and get dressed- ruining our trip - chaos.
