Very good customer service, especially from the doormen and restaurant crew. Nice bed and linens, beautiful facilities
Pros: Best: The view of the pyramids and very good breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Cons: The pool cafe allows people to come and have food and shisha there, which makes it a bit uncomfortable for people swimming and tanning while being observed by fully closed people having dinner. A bit of a weird feeling.
