Above & Beyond - We Can’t Wait to Return!

Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club exceeded every expectation and was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of service was exceptional - not because it felt scripted, but because every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere. Whether we were at the pool, dining on property, or simply passing through the lobby, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. What made our stay especially unforgetta

Fantastic stay, resort, and service

We had an outstanding stay at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club with our son. The service was excellent from start to finish — from the initial valet greeting all the way through departure and checkout. Even measured against the typically very high Four Seasons standards, the team here operates at the highest level. Everything felt smooth, attentive, and genuinely well-executed. The pool setup is terrific. We reserved a private cabana for one of the days and it was absolutely worth it — comfortable, well-serviced, and a great way to relax. The overall pool environment strikes a really n

Only spot to stay in Miami with 5 star service

This is our 2nd time at Surfside. We love the location as it is away from the fray of South Beach and has all the elegance and level of service one hopes at a Four Seasons. It is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous common areas. Multiple pools and spots to eat through out the day. If you plan to eat at the adjoining restaurant Surf Club make a reservation. They are not part of the Four Seasons in that you can expect a table as a guest and you are not able to charge to the room. The bar there is very small and we did not have luck getting a bar seat or table. The service there was a bit rude un

A Perfect balance: sophisticated yet relaxed, exclusive yet welcoming

The Four Seasons Surf Club is the only reason I visit Miami. In a city known for its energy and crowds, this property offers a private, tranquil pocket that feels like a world away—yet remains close enough to explore everything the area has to offer. The hotel's size is ideal if you prefer an elevated exclusive feel. With under 80 rooms, the property never feels crowded. There's always plenty of space at the pool or on the beach, creating an uncrowded atmosphere. The five-star service here ranks among my top three hotel experiences in the last year. Brunch disappointment

Luxury has really gone down the tubes when it comes to etiquette these days. Sunday Brunch at Lido $125 doesn’t come with basic coffee, tea, or orange juice. They want you to pay extra. Money is not the problem here. It’s that a 5 star luxury hotel no longer understands what basic dining etiquette means. Your brunch should include something as basic as “basic coffee/tea”. This is a lack in decency and basic dining etiquette. Charge a higher brunch fee and include the basic coffee/tea if you must but asking to nickel and dime on top for some basic coffee is just cheap. Also didn’t enjoy the ex
