Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva

Pros: Lovely bed after a week hiking. Cons: Very expensive

A culinary destination, a hotel without equal!

Coming to the Four Seasons Geneva both as a couple and with my family has been a special vacation for us for several summers now. The service I have received here has been the best in the world (I don’t say that lightly) and with the recent room renovation, we have already booked a return for next summer. The reason I’m writing this review is to share the incredibly good news of the recent arrival of Food & Beverage Director, Sebastian Boudin. Another great stay

A true five star experience over and over again at FS Geneve. We were always greeted by name by all front of the house staff and they are all super kind and attentive. Kenza was amazing and going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed on both check in occasions. We stayed only for a day on two occasions and whenever we are in Geneve this is our stop always. Concierge were super helpful and kind and always organize best drivers. Breakfast staff are all amazing as well as food options and drinks. Cant wait to return

Weekend in Geneva

The hotel is well located in the city center. The room we booked (superior room/king size bed for 2 nights) was not very pleasant for a hotel of this standard. As usual with Four seasons the staff is supposed to make you feel special and this was not really the case this time. For example, as we returned a bottle of champagne as we don't drink alcohol, we were offered to tiny chocolate tarts of the size an amuse bouche. With respect to food, there is also room for improvement here. The Italian restaurant is a one Michelin star restaurant and the setting is very nice. That being said, you can't
