Likely would stay at another property and just come here for bar/restaurant

Pros: View from floor, water pressure, cleanliness, Service, staff friendliness and helpfulness, food/drinks, gym, proximity to convention center Cons: Had a corner room but wish the drapes were power open/close. The bed had a depression on one side and pillows were not as comfy as I was expecting.

Everybody in this hotel I’ve experienced is utterly charming. We had a challenge with the hotel organised pick up (who wasn’t there on arrival, then got lost and then picked us up 45 mins late) and felt a little hassled in check in. The reception team listened to my feedback and gave me a very generous solution. We booked with Amex Platinum so you have $30 breakfast credit per guest and $100 dining credit as well as early check in and late check out. If this wasn’t good enough you also get an upgrade, subject of course to availability. The hotel, albeit rather dated from the outside, is love

Sick kid - incredible hospitality from the Four Seasons Houston - thank you.

I showed up at the Four Seasons at 8 AM with a super sick kid. (Dental abscess that led to bad infection) We had just had a terrible flight and I was worried that we would have to sit in the lobby for hours until normal check-in time and I was also worried I would have to take him to an Emergency Room. They checked us right in and sent us to a suite. They also asked if I needed help finding a doctor for my Son. Turns out all he needed was a nap so the antibiotics he was taking could take effect. What great hospitality. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who was so nice to us. Thank

Excelente hotel en Houston

Pros: Habitación muy cómoda. Bueno en desayuno y buena ubicación. Personal muy atento. El bar del lobby también muy agradable y buena comida Cons: Creo que las habitaciones deberían de incluir amenities y slippers.
