Staff, service, comfort and location all excellent.
Pros: Staff, room, hotel ambience, restaurants both at hotel and within short walking distance. You can walk to the high-end shops, parks, and various tourist attractions. In particular, the staff attend to your every need and go the extra mile at every opportunity - impressive. Cons: The weather!! There was nothing not to like with the hotel.

A true 5* hotel situated in a prime location!
This was my first visit to London for a while and we decided to stay at the Four Seasons due to being satisfied on a previous visit several years ago. The hotel has undergone significant refurbishment since my last visit, and the resulting changes have changed the interior appearance significantly (for the better). Its position at the bottom of Park Lane is ideal, with many of the places that you’re probably going to visit all within walking distances.
