Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

An unforgettable night and an exceptional experience from beginning to end, truly amazing.

Pros: Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, kind and attentive, and because it was a special night with my girlfriend, they kindly upgraded our room and made us feel genuinely looked after. When we returned from dinner, they had prepared a beautiful surprise in the room with flowers and champagne, which made the evening even more memorable. They also allowed us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was beautifully organised, the service was outstanding, and the whole experience exceeded

Pros: Certains membres du personnel sont incroyablement gentils et professionnels et d’autres moins l’accueil par le chauffeur top le changement de chambre après 21. très ben organisé le service du in room dining du samedi par le responsable le spa très agréable et la salle de sport amazing !! fruits et café à disposition dans tout l’hôtel et la localisation voituriers efficaces Cons: les chambres : trop vieilles , mal insonorisées , pas de séparation avec le couloir l’mpossibilte de manger une salade qui est disponible sur la carte du room service au bar de l’hôtel: jamais vu

The breakfast was nice and staff were very attentive to details.

Staff, service, comfort and location all excellent.

Pros: Staff, room, hotel ambience, restaurants both at hotel and within short walking distance. You can walk to the high-end shops, parks, and various tourist attractions. In particular, the staff attend to your every need and go the extra mile at every opportunity - impressive. Cons: The weather!! There was nothing not to like with the hotel.
