Pros: The room was spotless, and the housekeeping service was outstanding. Every member of the housekeeping staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The gym was also excellent—well-equipped and one of the highlights of the hotel
Cons: There were several disappointing aspects. First, the hotel barely has a lobby, which is surprising for such an expensive Five-Star property. There is no proper hotel restaurant, and at certain times of the day there is no bar or food service available, forcing guests to leave the hotel for meals or drinks. I ended up going to the Sheraton nearby several t
