Pros: We had a lovely stay. Staff at front desk (Marie) were amazing. Concierge was very helpful. Young woman at pool was very attentive. Our room was spacious. We really loved the chocolate covered strawberries with the Happy Anniversary note. That was very special. The bathroom was wonderful with big tub and shower. Occitane products so very nice! Love having a magnifying mirror and thick robes. Cons: We were a little nonplussed when we first checked in to find an open packet of antibiotic cream left on the room table and our ice bucket full of half melted ice. The window is small but I get
