First choice in future (who needs big chain hotels

An independent jewel with character in the middle of corporate Travelodge/Ibis chains. Good beers, good food, great staff and large rooms.

Really nice staff and welcome, made us feel comfortable and happy to answer questions about getting into London

Really nice staff and welcome, made us feel comfortable and happy to answer questions about getting into London. Very conveniant for O2. Improvements - asked for batteries for remote to tv, never arrived, remote not work, towels had hairs on them not ours, socket for kettle looks burnt and had to plug in other socket for it to work. Stains on carpet and ceilings and shower does not work at all. Very noisy for planes n trains.
