The hotel itself is on the 8th floor of a building. The building is new, as well as the hotel. The pool is beautiful, and the view at sunset is gorgeous; however, for the rest of the day, your view is of the industry. It's in an industrial district. I don't recommend it. I only stayed because I got a package deal. I tried to leave, but they refused a refund. You can't walk around outside at all. It's not safe. I love KL, and my favorite part is walking around. My stay at the FOX Hotel Glenmarie was marred by several concerning incidents. The most alarming occurred shortly after check-in when another couple was mistakenly assigned to my occupied room. This created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for all parties involved. While this may have been due to a lag in their reservation system, such a basic security and privacy breach is unacceptable for any hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the ambiance and service at the restaurant. Wonderful breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Definitely recommended to stay at this hotel for the next visit.

A great place to chill and break away from the city

It was comfy and lovely to be at. The pool view is just right, the entire living experience was lovely. I managed to complete some of my marketing work there and will consider coming back again. I would try their food next time because their lounge looks very cozy and family-friendly.
