A convenient cheap stay
Pros: Free water and coffee in the lobby, great shower pressure, three computers in the room, plenty of TV channels, and the bed was easy to sleep on. Cons: I should have asked for a non-smoking room as it smelt strongly of smoke, and we had to run the air purifier all the time to remove the smell.
Suitable for a bicycle trip
Pros: It was good that I could bring the bicycle to the room. It is convenient to have restaurants nearby. Cons: Nothing in particular
Great, except the weather was too cold
Pros: The receptionist was very enthusiastic, she helped me a lot, especially in this very cold weather. She helped me book a car to the airport and escorted me to the taxi even though it was very cold in the early morning. Cons: None
A good motel near restaurants. Very friendly and attentive staff.
Comfortable but not a good location for most travellers.
Pros: I stayed here in order to run the Dalseo marathon the following morning. The hotel was about 10 minutes' walk from the starting line, and the check-out time of 12 pm meant that I could leave my stuff in the room and have enough time to finish the race, then get back for a shower and a change of clothes before leaving. The room was extremely comfortable, but maybe slightly dated. There was an electric massage armchair.
