Pros: Great location, clean and the air con was very good. Cons: Check in was 4pm which i think is quite late, an hour or so earlier would of been nice

At first we had a bad experience as the room was different to what the images on booking.com was showing when I booked it

At first we had a bad experience as the room was different to what the images on booking.com was showing when I booked it. The staff was very rude and refused to give me a room with AC. It all changed when I rang booking.com I was then given a cooler and a change of room the next day. The new room the facilities like the cooker was not working. However it was a beautiful room and my children enjoyed their stay and have asked to come back.

Bon hôtel au calme, près du métro parfait pour visiter

Pros: Bon emplacement métro a proximité pour aller à l'O2 ou visiter, chambre calme et agréable, personnel sympathique Cons: Climatisation inutilisable de l'eau coulait le long du mur et sur le sol, nous l'avons signalé a la réception ils n'ont rien fait malgrés qu'ils nous on dit que quelqu'un allait venir voir

Très bon hôtel mais pas pour 4 personnes

Pros: Nous y étions pour un concert à l’O2 Arena et l’emplacement était parfait pour cela. De plus la chambre était très propre et moderne avec tout ce qu’il fallait. Cons: Le divan-lit était très très inconfortable et pas du tout à la hauteur d’un lit « normal ». Une chambre 4 personnes a ce prix devrait avoir au moins 2 vrais lits pour 2 personnes.
