Pros: Everything was amazing, very clean, affordable, stuff. Good choice Cons: Not didn’t like but the room service finished at 9.30 pm, i think it should be all the day or till midnight.

Great service that made the stay memorable

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff. The condition of the room was not perfect and there were a few things that could have been better, but the friendly and attentive service more than made up for it. I would especially like to mention one of the staff members who was quite tall. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but I believe it started with an “H.” Every time I passed by him during my stay, he greeted me with a warm smile. It may sound like a small thing, but consistently being that friendly and welcoming to guests is not

Nice hotel with good facilities but smell of cigarettes in hallways

Pros: Nice sized room suitable for 4 with separate bath and shower room. Cons: Totally non smoking hotel but cigarette smell on 11th floor by lifts and in hallways. Most likely airconditioning sucking it in from smoking area somewhere.
