Das Hotel ist sowohl im Eingangsbereich als auch im eigenen Zimmer wunderschön gestaltet. Es entsprach genau den angegebenen Bildern. Auch die Lage macht das Hotel zu dem perfekten Ort zum Übernachten. Die U-Bahn Station liegt direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Auch die Bus Station ist nicht weit entfernt. Zu Fuß ist man allerdings auch direkt am Rathaus und bei der Speicherstadt. Das Personal war sehr höflich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten.
