Pros: The location Cons: The window in the room had a broken catch, which meant that it wouldn’t stay open. This was a problem as it was very hot due to the weather and no fan was provided. We later returned for lunch in the gardens, even though it was still quite early approximately 12 o’clock they had sold out of most of the scones for afternoon tea, and the dining area in the garden like a lot of the areas surrounding and in the B&B were very tired and needed improvement and general upkeep.

Overnight stay

Pros: Good location for our needs. Lovely little village. Good value. Great breakfast included. Cons: Rooms could benefit from a deep clean and tidy. Radiator was barely hanging on the wall, the fan which we eventually found didn't work

Pros: Very good breakfast choice, top-quality produce, and excellent service Cons: Turned up late evening, nobody around and a little scary, needed to eat, but wasn't sure where to go, everything appeared deserted. Found one person and asked if there was anywhere to eat; they pointed us to The Hawk pub, a very short walk away. Lovely pub, superb food, excellent service - perfect. Would have been good to have some information in the room regarding the area and places to eat - surrounded by antique shops and would have loved to have stayed there the day, but unfortunately had other commitment

Pros: Frasers was perfectly located for a weekend course that I attended. I stayed in one of the garden rooms. It is very pleasant. Tables and chairs are outside so that I could sit at them and enjoy the lovely weather. The shower had good hot water. Plent of tea and coffee. The staff were extremely helpful. Fantastic breakfast! I had scrambled egg, smoked salmon with smashed avocado on granary bread. Lovely generous serving which set me up for the rest of the day. Cons: The dividing wall with the adjoining room needs to be better sound proofed. I could hear people talking. The blind on my
