Freepoint Hotel Cambridge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Would not recommend.

Pros: Acceptable location Cons: Dirty hotel. Throw-up on the floor in the halls, dirty floors, dirty rooms (corners). No laundry or dryer in the hotel, they don’t allow customers to use theirs. Laundry is only off-site and they give you tiny bags to pack your stuff and then they never call the laundry to pick up and deliver clean clothes back. I left my bags of clothes at the reception with the receptionist, and the bags were left there for a day and a half, nobody cared to do anything or inform me that nothing would be done. Staff at the reception and the bar/breakfast are negative, rude, and

Pros: Freepoint is one of my favorite hotels I always enjoy my visits there. I enjoy the people who work extremely hard to make my stay as enjoyable they've been. As well as other guests. I sleep well there and I'm comfortable. Cons: There isn't anything to really dislike. Looking forward to my next stay.

Pros: I enjoy my time at Freepoint. I feel very comfortable and relaxed staying there. I need to plan my visits better to make sure I am able to spend the time I would like to stay. Cons: There isnt anything to dislike. The only problem I have is when they are booked and busy and I don't have either of my top choices available.

Pros: I enjoy the Freepoint very much! They are in my top two favorite hotels. I enjoy the location and always have a relaxing and comfortable stay with them. Cons: There isn't anything I disliked because they are in my top two favorites. My only problem was being priced out because of the busy season. I look forward to my next stay. Hopefully in the next month.

Loved everything about this place and they have a dog station too for pet owners
