Great location
Pros: Great location, for the Cardiff theatre etc. bed was very comfortable and nice large room. Cons: That we arrived a little early and was told to come back at 3.00 to check in.

Superb staff, poor air conditioning!
Pros: Staff as always are superb! Particularly the bar staff they are just charming helpful and always cheerful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Cons: I’ve lost count how many times I’ve stayed here and this is the first negative comment I’m about to make! We had room 221 and the air conditioning was worse than useless! It made all the right noises but nothing cool was coming out. We opened the window instead to attempt to cool down but being on the roadside of the hotel it was unbelievably noisy with the boy racers speeding up and down the road most of the night so hardly slept at all! What

A lovely, family-friendly stay in a great Cardiff Bay location with helpful staff
We had a lovely stay at Future Inn Cardiff Bay during our family trip. The location is very convenient, and this was actually our second time staying here, we first visited back in 2018. The hotel is very well placed for exploring Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Cardiff Bay is close by, with the Red Dragon Centre, Hollywood Bowl and plenty of food options nearby. It is also a good base if you are planning day trips to places like Bannau Brycheiniog/Brecon Beacons, Four Waterfalls, Barry Island and other beaches.
