Fine apart from the blood. Absolutely shocking.
Pros: Distance to city centre, free onsite parking, quiet room Cons: There was blood on the wall inside the room on the door frame.

We stayed at the Future Inn Cardiff for one night while passing through. The welcome was exceptionally friendly and attentive, definitely worth highlighting! Our room was clean and had everything we needed, although the hotel feels a little dated overall. Perfectly fine for a short stopover, but nothing particularly special. A nice bonus is the pleasant walk along the waterfront and canal towards Cardiff city centre. Overall, a decent choice for a night, with particularly lovely staff at reception!

Just what we wanted and expected from a 4 star hotel.
Pros: Room was clean and tidy and modern, in line with our tastes. Bed a little hard. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. Cons: Slightly hard beds. Heating controls small for elderly eyesight.

Back to Future Inn and Llais Music Festival
Pros: Good location for Millennium Centre and Cardiff Bay Cons: Room lighting was poor, particularly by sofa area.

Overall we had a lovely couple of days stay at the hotel.Yes we would stay again.
Pros: Large rooms . Hotel had free parking which is a big bonus. Courteous staff.Very nice coffee at breakfast and great bacon! Cons: Breakfast could have been hotter and choice of bread for crisper toast would have been nice.
