Tiny rooms

The staffs were just in the wrong career. The owner was in the wrong business. If you are looking for poor service you have come to the right place. My room was freezing for 2 nights and 26 c on the 3rd night. No one cares. Worse, I have no way to prove they actually did it on purpose.

I found the location of the hotel perfect for transport to and from the airport and the centre. The airport bus stop is practically outside the hotel entrance. At the back there is a private car park with hefty charges. Useful but not cheap. Room was small but functional and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower room was compact but good. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel because the fixed price made it expensive for the type of breakfast we have.

Staff were very welcoming, respectful, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nice seating area in the morning to enjoy your coffee.

Room was ideal for a short break for 1 person. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities was an inconvenience. Overall a great stay.
