Pros: Nice staff, large rooms with great vinyl flooring. The rooms were clean and perfect for a city trip. Great location, U-Bahn station right next to the hotel. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay, even though some reviews had made us uncertain beforehand. We would come back. Cons: Actually, we have nothing to complain about. Pros: Rooms are modern and spacious, and the location is not bad either: right by a bus stop and the U-Bahn. Cons: The staff was friendly but not very helpful. We asked about parking and received a standard answer. It's understandable that you can't reserve in advance, but they could have informed us that the underground garage was full and directed us to the sister hotel. Also, the check-in process was very disorganized. We arrived at 11 am, check-in is from 3 pm - okay, but our room wasn't ready by 3 pm, and we had to wait another 30 minutes, while many others (who arrived after us) were che

Pros: The breakfast had a very good value for money. The reception area was inviting, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great - you can get everywhere quickly. Cons: The hallways are not inviting: the smell was unpleasant, and the carpet was dirty. The room had a bad smell. The bathroom was old and looked completely different from the photos. Additionally, the bathroom had a dirty floor, and the light switches throughout the room were dirty. We spent as little time in the room as possible. My family didn't shower because they found it unpleasant.
