Jolly Good.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, location is ideal near the Royal Centre. Staff are always exceptionally helpful, there was pizza available in the bar, Everything is clean unlike nearby Premier Inn, bed was comfortable and check in desk sorted out my bookings so we could have necessary sofa in our room. Cons: Evening meal available in restaurant !!! We know demand is low.

Enjoyable 2 Day Stay
Pros: warm welcome on arrival and given upper floor as requested. room spacious with king size bed. two chairs for relaxing and plenty of wi-fi electrical sockets bathroom spotlessly clean and toiletries supplied. lounge area was very comfortable with a small bar. breakfast was a buffet/self service and food well cooked. hotel is central and close to a tram stop. Staff truly amazing, helpful, nothing was too much trouble Cons: shower was in the bath and being OAPs found it difficult, not stated on website but walk in showers are available on request.
