Lovely staff but the room could have been cleaned properly.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, smiley and helpful. The air con in the room was a bonus and the black out curtains were much appreciated. The food was fair, would have been nice if the coffee machine was working as not all options were stocked. Cons: The towels in the room were hanging in the bathroom and had stains that looked suspiciously like they weren't cleaned not only that the shower also had some suspicious stains, and to top it off there was a towel left in the shower folded up on the floor, which was odd. Perfect location for civic hall and wulfren hall less than 5min walk away.

Pros: The breakfast has improved since we last stayed,more choice. Bar and dinning area has had a total refurbishment. Good price of drinks in bar. Room we stayed in fresh bright , well decorated,clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Cons: Room 101 is at top of stairs, we heard fire door banging lots during the night desturbed sleep. Shame cause room was lovely.
