Pros: Niente Cons: Struttura sporchissima

Cons: We were forced to leave the hotel and could not stay for the remaining duration due to a severe bedbug infestation (photo attached showing bugs directly on the frame). The conditions were entirely uninhabitable and a major health hazard. When we discovered the infestation, we called the manager directly to the room. The manager witnessed the situation in person and agreed to process a refund since we had to evacuate the premises immediately. Since our departure, management has completely avoided accountability—our calls are deliberately being abandoned, and emails are being ignored. It
