Everything was great for me, I reserved the single room with the shared bathroom and it was never a problem, 90 percent of the time it wasn't occupied, and everything was clean. The owner is very nice and helpful, and the location is very good and close to both tram and subway stations. I would probably stay here again if I went back to Düsseldorf :)
