I am a regular visitor, and it serves me well when I am in Newcastle.

Pros: Didn't have breakfast. It catered well for my needs. Cons: Difficulty with security button on lock in Room 7. Refused to depress on many occasions. I could eventually get it to work by jiggling the key.

Pros: Great room & comfy bed. Clean bathroom & toilet Handy to stay, lots of cafes, iga & easy transport. Cons: Just like the area & was a safe place.

We were made to feel welcome by all , bar staff , patrons .. convenience to local bus services …

We like the hotel and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, just a couple of gripes . We had the ensuite room , we had no bath mat and nowhere to put our stuff in the shower like a shelf for soap and shampoo , I know not 3rd world problems , just more for comfort .. overall the room was nice …
