Pros: Nothing Cons: I met a receptionist who scolded me from the moment I arrived and did not receive me well, challenging and with bad treatment, especially an Indian lady who believes she has authority above the others and does not let me speak, they kicked me out of the hostel for a minor problem I could not use a bed that was 3 meters high because I have a problem in my back as a result after asking for a bed change I was not offered and they also forced me to pay €10 if I wanted a refund of my reservation where nowhere does such a condition appear, in addition they also vetoed me, I hope

Perfect location, 2 kilometers away from the Dam Square, a 25-minute walk, the hostel's facilities and staff are very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend it
