Pros: We stayed one night prior to a flight from Birmingham airport and could leave car for a two weeks holiday. Arrangements went well . This property is not a five star, it is what it says on the box. Well maintained, clean , organised. The staff good. We ate in it's restaurant which was good value for the money, service good. Again not Michelin starred. You are giving what you pay for. Cons: We stayed on the hottest night of the year, no air conditioning ( but we didn't pay for or expect it)

Unclean, unkempt, poor staff with bad attitude.

Pros: The only positive thing about this property is the close location to the NEC, driving distance less than 10 minutes Cons: Everything else. The staff were the most unhelpful staff i have ever come across, poor attitude. The room was disgusting, bed sheet torn, towels with holes and shredded at edges, only good for scrubbing floors, asked staff for new ones to be told - housekeeping not avail until morning, carpet with bleach stains, filthy pillows, bright yellow with sweat stains, carpet threadbare would be better walking on the floorboards. Could not even sit up in the bed without hitti
