Pros: Friendly staff, good location Cons: Loo seat fell off as did the loo roll holder

Pros: Ideally located close to the bus depot and train station. Room was spotless. En suite shower was reliable and easy to use. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Food was delicious - wholly recommend the 'George' burger. Cons: All good !

As expected, but a little disappointed in the standard of the room.

Pros: Location was great for city centre/theatre. Staff were very welcoming. Cons: Room greatly in need of refurbishment and a little dirty - see photos. Described as 'beautifully converted stable block' is not quite what we found - perhaps some years ago, now in need of a makeover. No headboard. Continental breakfast very limited. There was actually a four pint milk carton on the counter. I didn't expect 'posh', but this was something unusual. Everything on offer was fine, just minimal choice.
