Did not meet our expectations.

Pros: No breakfast Cons: Meet and greet non existent, just pointed and said there it is. Cleanliness. Cobwebs on mugs. No hot water in hand basin. Cutlery- no teaspoons, 1 dessert spoon. Tea bags loose on dirty tray. No milk. Bedding had been thrown on. Very hazardous entry to the property down the side of the house. Very high step to access the property.

For the standard of cleanliness and hygiene, this place should not be listed on Booking.com.

Pros: Free street carpark - not during Rugby season! Cons: There was very little to like about this place. It was extremely dirty and I felt completely unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I rang the bell, knocked and called the host, but there was no answer. The room smelled, the bed throw was visibly filthy, and there was dirt, dust and stains throughout. The bathroom appeared not to have been properly cleaned for a very long time. I had read the previous reviews, so fortunately I arrived with my own linen, bedding and disinfectant wipes, and had to clean the surfaces myself before using th

Pros: Not much to like property was very dirty. Couldn't us any facilities as everything needed a good clean Cons: Place was dirty very surprised it is on your books. Microwave had backed on food in it toaster very dirty. Fridge very dirty Tea tray dirty and had tea bags just chucked on it. Shower needed a good clean didn't want to use it bathroom basin dirty bad drainage no hot water. Had to ask for basics toilet roll and milk. Bed made but very crumpled. Floor dirty windows full of cob webs All in all not a pleasant experience

Poor maintainance

Pros: Location is good. Apartment if well maintained will be good. Cons: Very dirty. Toilet was stained with stale urine Cobwebs were everywhere Very dirty carpets Water do not flow out of bathroom and sink. More like we had our baths in a puddle of water, even the sink

Fithly and neglected. Do not book.

Pros: This place is absolutely appalling and should not be allowed to continue renting out. Cons: The place was filthy. It was evident that the room and bathroom had not been cleaned for some time. I'm not sure the bedding had been changed after the previous occupant. We were unable to lock the door to the pod, and the owner was completely unconcerned about this. We did not stay. Do not book this place. I will be following this up formally with Booking.com.
