Enjoyed our stay and would go back again
Pros: Reception staff were so helpful especially Lauren Place was bright and clean Cons: Step in jacuzzi very slippy and towels were poor and could be doing with being replaced

Altogether my most favourite hotel I’ve stayed at in the UK!
Pros: I cannot praise this hotel enough! Every member of staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, facilities and room and bedding all very clean, location was excellent. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was a particular God send and we used it regularly - food was exceptionally good, whether you were after a hot dinner like the beef Wellington, or a panini for lunch. Nice atmosphere and very welcoming - altogether my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the UK! Cons: Nothing
