A lovely hotel in a lovely walkable location.

Pros: Wonderful location! Wonderful staff! Cons: No fans and was a bit stuffy because it was hot outside.

Great location, very clean, rooms are a bit tired.

Pros: Great location, clean rooms, staff great. Cons: Rooms are in need of refurbishing. Cracked sink, marks in plaster, tired decor. No fridge in room. No Airconditioning, only a fan. Paid for a room with a view of the botanical gardens, but all I could see were the trees along the road.

Good location, very warm in sunny weather, no attention to extras

Pros: Good location Cons: Very warm room, no AC and windows can only be opened a tiny bit. We Had booked a travel cot and received confirmation. No travel cot in the room on arrival, asked again and it was set up without any bedding. Asked reception for bedding , was given an enormous sheet (after the reception staff had finished their chat…)

I loved the location and the facade. The room could have been equipped with a microwave/toaster.

Pros: The breakfast could be more varied - the main course that is. Cons: Lack of variation - there was sausage, bacon, beans everyday!
