Pros: Due to zero wi-fi connection connection for several days the staff immediately moved me to another room where connection was immediately resumed. They were very polite and moved me from floor 8 to floor 11. for the final 2 days of my stay. Cons: Zero wifi connection for 3 days.

Pros: Breakfast. Was very good with a great selection Location was just on the outskirts of the city centre and everything was walkable Cons: The restaurant was not open in the evening, you had to eat in the bar area. The food was good but ambience was lacking
Beautiful Hotel with easy access to City Centre
Pros: We had a lovely room on the fifth floor which was spacious for me and my daughter and grandson Cons: A bit of a trek to get to swimming pool lift only went as far as level above then lots of stairs down to pool
