Pros: The clean hotel from top to bottom

Pros: The clean hotel from top to bottom. The friendly staff also they look after you 100% nothing is a bother. This has been our 5th visit to the hotel in 18months and the service is always the same. Staff recognised when we returned on our 2nd visit. Cons: Really not anything .

Great time recommend to anyone to stay there

Pros: Friendly staff, close to trains, clean and very comfortable, breakfasts were great, good variety of items to pick from Cons: Had to ask a few times for a xtra blanket

The staff were very helpful and changed the room for our second night.

Pros: Location was fine and the room was clean. Cons: I never slept the first night because of the noise from the motorway outside. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking as this problem is mentioned there.
