Really comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the staff were supremely helpful
Pros: Very grand and ornate public spaces, and superb views from the roof top bar. Cons: There's no doubt it was expensive -but it was the middle of the festival!

It was a special treat for our silver wedding celebrations which fulfilled all our expectations
Pros: Everything about our stay was first class. Right from the door being opened to us by Douglas to the check in with Isla and all the staff we encountered during our stay in the reception, room service and restaurants. The check out was equally as smooth. The room was absolutely perfect. Cons: I can honestly not think of anything that was not good or could be improved.
