Pros: The service and room was very nice, the staff was lovely Cons: Parking

No TV

Pros: It's a little far out but it's sandwiched between two subway stations, then it's a direct line into Times Square. Cons: It was very clean, breakfast was good, but the TV in my room didn't work. I reported that issue was reported right away to the hotel staff, buy they never fixed, not in the three days I was there.

Comfort for two

Pros: The bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly Cons: A lil more variety on snacks

Pros: Nothing. Cons: On arrival the front desk was empty and we had to wait outside for an extended period of time in the rain with all our luggage. Some of the front desk clerks need to work on their customer service. I booked two rooms: one for us, one for my friends who couldn’t get their visa working to book the hotel but I was reassured over the phone that they could just reimburse me for the deposit and take the entire fee off of my friend’s payment method when we arrived. Glad it was for only two nights

Pros: Didn't eat breakfast Cons: Parking could have been better. The lobby was a little questionable, with various people hanging around that made it feel less welcoming. The bathroom was not very clean, and there was no iron available in the room. The sink faucet also needed to be tightened. Customer service was okay, but overall, the property could use some improvements.
