Some of the front desk clerks need to work on their customer service. I booked two rooms: one for us, one for my friends who couldn’t get their visa working to book the hotel but I was reassured over the phone that they could just reimburse me for the deposit and take the entire fee off of my friend’s payment method when we arrived. When my ESL friend was trying to speak to the front desk clerk, they were pretty combative and told him he needs to

Glad it was for only two nights
Pros: Didn't eat breakfast
Cons: Parking could have been better. The lobby was a little questionable, with various people hanging around that made it feel less welcoming. The bathroom was not very clean, and there was no iron available in the room. The sink faucet also needed to be tightened. Customer service was okay, but overall, the property could use some improvements.
