Pros: Location was great Cons: We booked 2 rooms 1 queen bed and the other twin beds; we were given two rooms with twin beds, when I asked they said someone was going to call me back and no one did, when I saw them in the building they said it was booking fault, all access is via door and I was sent the link for latch, my parents are elderly and couldn’t use their phone except for phone call, and I asked for a card key and they apologized but didn’t have it, when I arrived the code for the door wasn’t working. Pros: The location, easy access, and friendly welcome on-site. Cons: We had a room for people with reduced mobility. The 2 beds present were not of top quality.

Pros: Good location near the metro and tourist sites on foot. Luxury building with very secure rooftop pool. Very nice apartment. I recommend for families, very child-friendly and very friendly staff. Cons: Lack of kitchen accessories (pan, drainer, cleaning products, dish towels)

Pros: The property had a good location and is convenient to restaurants, drug stores, and transportation. Cons: There was no staff on hand for any concerns or questions. Everything was done online/messaging with the property managers.
