GLOBALSTAY. Downtown Calgary Apartments

This property is NOT a true 2 bedroom. One bed is in a den area with no enclosure/door/wall, and is right next to the kitchen. The door to the only bathroom in the unit is also a foot away from the bed. Midnight washroom users can tickle the toes of people in the bed! Water in the shower does not get hot enough. It’s barely warm enough to stay in, but nowhere near hot enough for a relaxing shower. Washroom and kitchen faucets got up to proper temperature, just not the shower head. This management company also makes you prepay $500 as a damage deposit and does not refund it until 2 weeks after

The check in process is a bit difficult. Meaning the keyless entry screen doesn’t work super well. I have stayed here twice and I love the building and rooms, but, both times I needed tenants to help. The screen needs a certain touch and the tenants advised that using keys works best (the tip of the key).

Yes great apartment

This was a really great corner apartment that matches the pics and was fully stocked. Comfortable and safe. Check in was super easy. Views of downtown were incredible. Didn’t get to check out the lounge and gym maybe next time. Wifi was on point. Loved my time here.

The only thing we didn’t like is that it started snowing late in the evening. Therefore they started cleaning the sidewalk at 4 am. We did not feel it was next. Extremely noisy

Nice & close to the Saddledome. Condo was clean and comfortable. Good value, I would definitely stay here again.
