Baja calidad del wifi. Hemos tenido problemas en la piscina. Se nos exigió que se cubrieran la cabeza mis hijas y mujer porque todos los demás usuarios eran musulmanes. Ell

Appalling
One star is too high for this hotel. Allocated by Egypt Air, due to Heathrow problem. Room was disgusting, large patches of wall paint bubbling, door lock had been hacked open & replaced badly. Skirting & doors dirty. Cups cracked & chipped. Bathroom glasses unusable. Did not need torch, gap around main door gave plenty of light! Safe lifted out of cupboard. Waited 1.5hrs for our plastic covered set meal. Evening meal no waiting, but the set meal was barely warm. Worst hotel I have ever been in
