Pros: It was clean and basic. Cons: Impossible to contact pre arrival Waited ages to check in and no apology Staff were doing their best but long wait times, warm white wine, no wine glasses etc. - management obviously don't care

Not a SPA hotel
Pros: The room we had was quiet .it was clean and bed and shower ok. I would praise the staff on reception they were always very helpful, kind and considerate. Cons: I originally booked this as a SPA treat for my best friends birthday x I would use the word SPA very loosely.it definitely lacked any ambiance! It was like a leisure centre pool. The water was lovely and warm but the surroundings were definitely in need of a good clean and and a coat of paint.. The lockers didn't have any locks on them and because there was no safe in the room, gad to take money, phone etc with us in a bag to po

Pros: Good facilities and location friendly staff Cons: Not enough staff generally . breakfast was not great Freezing ac in the dining room No bacon tomatoes or mushrooms so a full English consists of scrambled egg and a sausage No white bread and what was there was not very fresh Tiny cold croissants Evening meals are expensive
