good location, quiet block, lovely view of pool
Pros: good location, nice quiet pool area, no pool bar or games but that was fine, shops, bars restaurants nearby. There were some problems but management Lara always answered phone and sorted it quickly, nice balcony, we had a nice holiday Cons: no key there on arrival, no one to greet us, had a 4 month old baby so was distressing, host asked for €500 deposit(after I had paid the 1300 for a week, I refused as my booking was with booking .com, I contacted them, sofas and pillows very uncomfortable, pillows actually terrible. No toilet paper or bin bags or tea cloths left, Lara got tat sorted.

Pros: PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY STAYED AT THE OPTOMIST APTS TENIRIFE THEY DEMAND ALL YOUR PERSONNEL DETAILS PLUS 500 EURO DEPOSIT COMPLETE SCAMMERS TOOK 45 EURO OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SAYING I STAINED A HAND TOWEL THAT THEY GAVE ME STAINED ... Good but....
Pros: Lara, the person from the Host agency, was very nice and helped us at every moment. We had continuous communication for one week before our arrival. Cons: The house was very good, but in the photos, you can not appreciate well that the furniture is made from wood and the furniture is quite old. Not the most comfortable chairs, very old kitchen etc. The main room, terrace and the toilet were alright. However, WE WERE WITHOUT WARM WATER FOR THREE DAYS and for the second day they didn't offer a solution or relocation. only the third day the technician appear and they didn't solve it till 10
