Pros: The reception staff Yusuf, Ahlam and Mahmud were excellent. They were very helpful and informative. Cons: Room size is not suitable. I had 2 rooms. One room was somewhat OK but the other one was quite small. Yet, I liked it due to the location.
Especially the staff was extraordinary - very friendly and helpful. Youssef, Ahlam and Mostafa helped us wherever they could and booked amazing tours for us. Karim was always around and very nice to us and prepared us an early breakfast on two days in a row - sorry for your short nights..!

Pros: The Hotel is very clean and beautiful, middle of shops, restaurant cinemas. The staffs are full helpful and supportive. The breakfast is lovely served. Cons: Nothing i don't like. I will always comes to this hotel first.
Pros: The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Cons: The patio door and windows have very poor soundproofing, all noise filters in from the street, and Kairo is very loud.
