Clean but not in great shape.

Pros: Great location, nice patio over looking beach. The room was clean. Cons: The hotel is old and needs work. Bathroom was rough but clean. No front desk or anyone on the premises to contact unless you catch the cleaning lady, who was very nice and a great worker. There was a language bearer but she was great.

Pros: It's right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach. The balcony sitting area had a great view with comfortable chairs. They weren't$300 a night room but they were super clean and totally cool AC during the 100+ temperature days. Staff responded to my requests quickly. Cons: Only issue was the steps to get to it. But not an issue for us
