Pros: The location is closer to facilities and also easy to navigate. Cons: There's too much admin, especially the counting of the items in the property.

Pros: It’s in a superb location with access to the promenade and Ushaka. The area felt safe and not lacking in amenities. The shuttle driver was excellent and my family felt safe enough to sleep while he was driving them to Ballito. Cons: First we complained about cockroaches and to sort them out they fumigated while we were in the unit. The gas came up the ducts to choke us in the room.
