I had a fantastic stay here! I will definitely come again. The room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable. I felt safe in this very secure building and it had nearly everything I might need - kitchenette, with Keurig, mini fridge and toaster, a Smart tv with streaming service, large comfy bed, ac, sturdy blinds, quiet building. I would have given 5 stars all around but there was a slight problem at check in where they accidentally assigned me a room someone else was already staying in which was awkward. But I will say they resolved it immediately and professionally even though it was aft

Great clean place very quiet and I loved the locks for every door very secure. Now I hope I get my incidental deposit of $200, because I only stayed 2 days out of 8 days and only stayed at night.

As a poor student and solo traveler, I have stayed in SROs, hostels, and flophouses before. This was like them except it called itself a "suite" and charged as if it wasn't an inconvenient, service-starved excuse for a hotel in an inconvenient and scary area. I wish I could get a full refund.
