Great value for money
Pros: It was great value for money. Great location. It was a very pleasant stay. Gavin was a great host. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Cons: The apartment could be cleaner---the floor in particular. The living room rug really needs a good cleaning.

Perfect location for the Falls without the touristy prices! A real gem!
Pros: Nice size apartment and very quiet neighborhood. Gavin was very attentive and responsive to messages. The included toiletries was nice and there was 2 coffee machines, which is great!! We will certainly stay here again! Cons: Bathroom window didn't latch and had opened a bit during the storm, but my husband gave it a fix.

Pros: Nagyon szép, karbantartott lakás egy szép, nyugodt környéken. Tökéletes felszereltség. A vendéglátó jól kommunikált, egyszerű volt a bejutás. Az utcán parkolhattunk. Cons: A kávéfőző mellé odatehettek volna néhány kapszulát. Nyikorgott a lépcsőház lépcsője és a padló, mivel későn érkeztünk féltünk, hogy zavarjuk a többi lakókat.
Perfect college visit in North Buffalo.
Pros: Very comfortable and accommodating. After a couple of hotel stays it was so nice for my son and I to have our own bedrooms. The location is tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still about a mile from everything you might need, including the train downtown. Cons: We had no complaints. Our host was extremely responsive any time we had a need during our stay.
