Excellent location in the centre of the town with helpful staff.

Excellent base for good quality accommodation/cost balance

Pros: Excellent location, a contemporary approach with minimal check in and no front desk facility however that was not a negative as everything was accommodated. We were supported before our visit on email and on-site by the super efficient, friendly and capable Rhys - we had a few questions and he helped us with alacrity, grace and resourcefulness - what an asset he is. Breakfast is available for a small charge if wanted and there are so many outside offerings just a step away so either option is available without any difficulty. Our rooms were very well laid out with everything we needed

Pros: Did not hve breakfast Cons: Reception, having someone around for help. Wanted to leave luggage after checkout, no one available. Stairs!
