Location and Cleanliness
Pros: The staff's behaviour to the need to cancel my stay because of a failure of the hotel room locking system. Cons: N/A
Location was appropriate for our needs. The sccomodation was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.
Will book again
Pros: Room very clean and comfortable, the food excellent and all the staff friendly and helpful especially Mark who went above and beyond. Cons: Some airplane noise due to proximity of Manchester Airport.
Overall a good stay. Friendly staff and efficient service
Pros: Friendly staff, checking in and out was smooth and efficient. Cons: Unfortunately the (rain)shower just didn’t have enough pressure to work properly. To get a half decent flow, the water temperature would be scalding. Staff were kind to try to address the problem, but it didn’t help.
October here averages 9°C, with around 93 mm of rain across the month.
