Great location, nice staff, but a series of problems suggest poor management
Pros: The location is the best of any area hotel if you want to be in the heart of campus. Cons: The sheets in the room for the pull-out couch were damp when we took them out of the closet, and there were crumbs in the mattress when we unfolded it. A previous occupant had left their belongings in the room, which hadn’t been noticed by staff. In other words, we had little confidence in the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Also, we had no hot water for a bit in the afternoon, though it was promptly repaired. We were also sold a parking space on the property but the lot was full when we t
