Cons: I did not know the pool was not part of the stay. When we found that out we tried to stay at the pool and it was booked. That was disappointing. Also, when I had questions about the pool, the restaurant and parking, the standard answer was that is a 3rd party and we cannot answer the question. That was frustrating.

Omari and his team at the Graduate this week were so amazing. I have been in and out so much in the rain for work and sometimes even less than half an hour from my last arrival to needing my car again. I had frequent trips and they were so fast and efficient. I really have appreciated all of their service this week!

Pros: The decor was beautiful, my granddaughters loved the Dolly theme!! Cons: No pool, my granddaughters were totally DISAPPOINTED when they found out they didn’t have a pool they could go to. That little pitiful pool on the roof was awful and they wanted $40 per person per day!! They have lost their mind, my pool at home is way better! There wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the room and there wasn’t even an ice maker, they had ziploc bags with ice, as much as I paid for a room per night it should’ve been a lot better amenities!
Fun for families
The quirky, fun vibe of this hotel, not to mention ruin its central location, was perfect for our family. Would stay again.
