Una pesadilla la atención de este hotel
Pros: Muy linda la decoración Ubicación e instalaciones Cons: El personal y la atención, 2 días no me Hicieron el cuarto. Cnd llegué quisieron mandarme al que no está en la playa, y yo había reservado el de la playa. Muy sinverguenzas. No te dejan café te vasos. Pésima organización en el front desk. Nadie daba nada

The convenience of location is what keeps me with grand beach not the hotel or staff
Pros: Location Cons: They cancelled my booking before I arrived and had to fight to get what I had paid for - the room and especially the bathroom had a mouldy smell

Pros: Café da manhã ok. Cons: A organização do hotel é muito ruim. Primeiro que no site do booking, quando vc faz a reserva, não existe qualquer menção que existem dois prédios no hotel. Vc faz a reserva e quando chega lá é comunicado que seu quarto fica do OUTRO LADO da rua literalmente. Para vc trocar para o prédio principal, vão te cobrar entre USD 100 e 150 a mais por dia. Eu cheguei no hotel por volta das 21:00. Qdo entrei no quarto, estava cheirando esgoto. Pedi para me trocarem de quarto. Quando cheguei no quarto novo, estava sujo e sem limpeza! No primeiro dia, quando eu sai po
