I simply cannot recommend this hotel. It comes down to little things and big things. Little things: - the rooms do not have bathtubs. for a 'luxury' hotel the absence of bathtubs in standard rooms, in my view, is unforgivable - the room a/c is clunky; it either blows ice cold air or hot, humid air that makes the room feel stuffy and gross - the service is indifferent and not very efficient, particularly the front desk check-in process. there was one employee in particular whose name started with J who seemed to find a reason to disappear anytime he spotted someone approaching the desk The bi
