Great service!!
Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and very accommodating to any request. Special callout to Wendy from the spa and wellness area. She was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is located near the Chapultepec Castle and highly recommend it.

Unwind on a business trip
I stayed at this hotel for business and booked a massage at the spa with Alex. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was exactly what I needed to unwind after travel and reset before a busy work week. Highly recommend her if you’re looking to relax during a business trip or any stay here.

Great weekend experience
Great service from the minute you get here. It's an incredible area and was the only reasonably priced hotel on a World Cup in town weekend. Rooms are good sized and the view of Chapultepec Park and the castle are outstanding. Ask for a higher room if you can. The spa experience was awesome as well, couples massage with Nayeli and Alexa was perfect. Nice spa area. Even room service was nice. Not bad for an older hotel in a great location.
